Esmeralda’s experience in Real Estate started in 2004 as a Resident Manager in Sacramento, CA. Known for her ability to improve occupancy rate up to 94% and building a strong relationship with Latino community are just some examples of her many skills.
Esmeralda continued her path in real estate when she relocated to Stockton, CA and continued her path on obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2009. She then assisted Integrity Real Estate office by successfully closing many “in-house” short sale transactions. She also completed a rigorous course of study necessary to become a Certified Distressed Property Expert. And has been helping homeowners with mortgage debt relief and allocations up to $7,000.
